Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with tablescore. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

The free trial is the best protection

The yearly membership starts with a free trial (currently seven days). You will not be charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before it ends you will never be charged. We email you before the first charge so it is never a surprise. Try everything — every city, every feature — before you pay.

Yearly memberships

If you are charged for a yearly membership and change your mind, email support@tablescore.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, yearly memberships are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

Monthly memberships

Monthly memberships do not include a free trial and are not refundable once a month has begun. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

Renewals

If a yearly membership renews and you did not mean it to, email us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it. We send a reminder before every yearly renewal.

If something is wrong with the Service

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, or we permanently remove a feature or city that was a material part of what you paid for, contact us and we will refund the unused portion of your membership or offer an equivalent remedy. Separately, if we ever end your membership for a reason other than a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused portion — see the Terms, Section 18.

How refunds are paid

For purchases on tablescore.com, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd., which is the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net.

For purchases through the iPhone app outside the United States, Apple bills you and Apple handles refunds under its own rules; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases ourselves.

Your legal rights

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase of a digital service within 14 days. By starting your membership or trial you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately, and you acknowledge that once the Service has begun you may lose that right for the period already provided — but the 14-day refund above applies to you in any case. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law of the place you live.
